Do you have a sense of longing? A desire to reveal who you are? A knowing that you are so much bigger on the inside than what people see on the outside? This painting is inspired by Katy Perry's song Roar. The song is about the tiger inside her, but since I am a Christian, I couldn't help but put a lioness instead, symbolizing my relationship to Christ as He is in me, the hope of glory, Colossians 1:27.
